Get Active in Your State Today!

There are three ways in which states can make life difficult for federal warrantless spying programs.  Track the status of such legislation by clicking on states in the three maps below. If your state is NOT considering legislation, scroll down to find action steps you should take.

click here 1) Ban material support and resources for federal facilities.  This should be done in states whether they have active facilities or not. (learn more here)
click here 2) Ban the use of warrantless data in court.  Since the NSA shares such information with state and local law enforcement via SOD and Fusion centers, this would thwart some of the practical effect of the spying.  (learn more here)
click here 3) Ban obtaining cell phone tracking/location info without a warrant. The NSA is tracking millions of cell phone locations around the world. Since it shares information for use on a state and local level via SOD and fusion centers, banning the obtaining or use of such information on a state level can help mitigate the effects of federal spying.

  1. Please advise as to a chapter, or group nearby to my area zip code 32780-I do not use ANY of the social networks as it is a tool of
the fascist government’s NSA “Prism” and several other illegally used programs-

  2. Your “contact us” gets a “not properly installed” message on my computer. Also, I would like to forward the article on California’s actions to my State Senator (Diane Savino) and Assembly member (Michael Cusick).

  3. Behold, the wicked brings forth iniquity;
Yes, he conceives trouble and brings forth falsehood
He made a pit and dug it out, And has fallen into the ditch which he made.
His trouble shall return upon his own head,
And his violent dealing shall come down on his own [deceitful] crown.”

    Psalm 7:14-16

  4. Spoke of nullification and what was voted on last week in CA. Talked about offnow.org on KRXA Monterey this morning. You can find KRXA.com where they post past shows you can listen to. Maybe save for your archive. Hal played my song, Just Trust Us! (on youtube)

  5. This is an appropriate idea , to my thinking of the constitiution and bill of rights. I HOPE IT GROWS.

  6. Nullify is not good enough. NSA is composed of active, dedicated participants in anti-American efforts, including deliberately providing cover so such attacks as the 1993 bomb at the WTC, 9/11, Boston Marathon, USS Cole, Benghazi, Beirut Marine Barracks, Lockerbie, Tanzania embassy bomb, shoe bomb, Times Square car bomb, Mumbai mall massacre, and on and on were not stopped. Every person working or who has ever worked at NSA should be tried for treason, constitutional violations, and much else.

Texas needs to support The 4th Amendment to The US Constitution and to NULLIFY NSA!

  8. Have done my part and Made the calls… let see if we can get this passed here in California…

  9. It is truly incredible that this president has the “Chutzpah” to say about the NSA, “We just need to rebuild the people’s confidence
in us THEN WE CAN PUT THEM BACK IN THE BOILING WATER AND CONTINUE THE DECIMATION OF OUR REPUBLIC AND IT’S CONSTITUTION – Apparently some 15-20 states don’t think so Mr. President

  10. One thing is clear:
the NSA only exists to protect BIG business’ interests, while using the excuse of terrorism… the story is getting old.

As a European I have had enough of the US empire and a rotten US dollar the rest of the world pays for.

With the power the NSA has they could be fighting a worthy cause like exposing paedophiles and the people evading taxes and hiding Trillions offshore…. but that is not in the interest of the ones hiding the money and enslaving children, who are the NSA’s sponsors…

  11. Ultimately the people will respond to a horrific misjudgement on part of the military parasites…….Once that occurs, The Ukraine will seem mild in my opinion..they will not leave any of the quislings alive…..I would expect that the “mouths” will be taken out first.

  12. I phoned Cox Communications to complain about their lobbying to oppose the Arizona legislation. Started by saying “I live in Sun City on Candlewood, and I just want to tell Cox Communications that I am very upset that you are lobbying my state senator to oppose the bill that would end collaboration with NSA’s anti-American agenda.” He hung up on me, which I have in the past found means they have been getting a lot of similar calls.

  13. What all those who care about this country, what must be done is :WE MUST DEPRIVE THE BEAST OF AS MUCH INCOME AS POSSIBLE, AND DENY THEM THE USE OF OUR CHILDREN FOR THE MILITARY: Stay off the Social programs, fold bank accounts, end Stock and bond market participation other than *options-Quit Commercial Flights. Conserve on purchases, and only buy “Made in America By Americans to Benefit America. The commercial *Opt- Out can cripple the beast ( and anyone else that gets in the way) Stockpile Food and Ammunition, Learn to Hand load. Do not waste ammo at the local range. Save the brass.
Do not vote for anyone that does not support the US Constitution,( *This means both parties should go to hell in a handbag)
