New Hampshire Action Steps

Three important bills (HB1533 / HB1567HB1619) in New Hampshire are designed to act as a firewall to thwart some of the worst practical effects of federal surveillance and tracking programs.  This is an important first step for a state to take to push back against warrantless surveillance by the NSA – and other government entities. (read about the bills here).

Your action is needed today to help these bills move forward in the Senate!

TAKE ACTION TODAY:

1. Call your State Senator. Be strong, but respectful. Urge your State Sen. to support HB1533 and HB1619. If they do not support these crucial bills, ask them why. If they’re undecided, let them know you’ll call them back in a day. It is important to call because a phone call has 10x the impact of an email.
