SB1849 AND HB1907 are companion bills which ban material support to unconstitutional warrantless surveillance to the NSA. The bills also ban the use of warrantless data in state courts. Both bills are up for a do-or-die committee hearing and vote this week. Your action is needed NOW to help these bills move forward.
1. Call the Senate Judiciary chair. Let him know that you support SB1849, and that you’d like to see him quickly move the bill forward to a vote on the senate floor.
